I'm thrilled to be in Boston attending the RNA Leaders USA Congress and I’m truly impressed by how much the field has advanced over the past two years. For those who believe biotech is slowing down, it’s important to think again, this industry is evolving rapidly across numerous areas. Whether it's RNA therapeutics, innovative connectors, PROTACs, or GLP-1, we continue to discover breakthroughs that benefit patients.
Boston remains an incredible city, a place I’ve been visiting for over 20 years since we first launched our research services. As I travel from East to West, I look forward to connecting with our valued collaborators. Over this time, we've seen a strong push to incorporate automation and AI into our workflows to enhance efficiency. Yet, one thing remains constant: our unwavering dedication to people and meaningful collaborations. We love what we do, are open to new opportunities, and are grateful for the ongoing support from our friends in the scientific community.

Buoyed by this success, we are now engaging with large pharma to explore expanding the programme with broader backing. Though we don’t often toot our own horn, this initiative has proven remarkably effective and meaningful for the community.

As part of our annual team celebrations, we host a lively Navratri and Garba night, a vibrant event to honor this colorful Indian festival. Navratri, spanning nine nights, features music, dance, and rituals that celebrate the victory of good over evil. Garba, a traditional dance performed during this time, embodies joy, community, and devotion.
This event provides our team with a wonderful opportunity to come together, enjoy energetic music and dance, and immerse ourselves in this rich cultural tradition. We’re excited to share that this celebration will take place next month at our India site, continuing our tradition of fostering community and cultural appreciation across our global teams.
